Digging Into Nature at Pine Hill
Students between the ages of 7 and 10 discover the wonders of nature at Bement's 12-acre outdoor education classroom, Pine Hill. Campers will explore our pond, campground, trails, and surrounding woodland. Participants learn how to build fires, identify trees, leaves and insects, and gain an appreciation of life in the great outdoors. On rainy days, students have access to Pine Hill's classroom space on site. Come join us and experience the wonders within the picturesque countryside of Deerfield!
The camp day runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Bement’s Summer Programs Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable $100 deposit is due per camper in order to secure your camper's spot in day camp. If you need to change your dates for camp, rather than cancel, we will gladly try to accommodate your child if there is space available.
If you decide to cancel either before your desired session or during the session, please call Doc Potter, Director of Summer Programs, at 413-774-4209 or email at email@example.com with this information as soon as possible. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before before the session start date, a 50% refund will be issued minus the $100.00 deposit. We also understand that things may come up during sessions that would prevent your child from attending camp. If it is necessary to cancel two weeks prior to the start of your camper’s session or mid-session, no refund will be returned for any tuition already paid. Any tuition owed will be required if there is a cancellation during camp.
Students should wear comfortable clothing, close-toed shoes, and bring a backpack that can be carried comfortably all day containing the following:
- a change of socks
- rain gear
- no less than 1 liter of water
- a nut-free lunch and snack (afternoon snack will be provided)
