The Pioneer Valley boasts some of the finest mountain biking trails Southern New England has to offer. The trails at Bement’s Pine Hill are perfect to begin learning new mountain biking skills. Students can expect to learn how to maintain safety while riding; how to tune and fix their bikes; how to build and maintain trails; how to build and ride mountain bike specific features; and of course how to ride over dirt, rocks, and roots.
Aditionally, we are fortunate to be located directly across the street from the Pocumtuck Ridge, which has a vast network of trails. Once students are familiar with the basics, and as the season progresses, we will find new challenges across the street atop the ridge.
Mountain biking at Bement runs when there is enough interest.
