In recent years, the girls lacrosse team has emerged as a real powerhouse: in both 2016 and 2017, Bement lacrosse finished undefeated, posting 21 consecutive regular season victories. In addition, the girls won the prestigious Pine Cobble Tournament in 2017. We compete against teams at a variety of levels, including middle school, thirds, JV, and even high school varsity squads. What makes Bement lax special is the spirit of the team. Players at all levels are welcome, and new players routinely earn starting positions and significant playing time. All players work together as a family to achieve team goals: self-improvement, sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and fun. Bement lacrosse is represented by all the players, and as such, they all share in the joy of competition, the spirit of fair play, and the thrill of victory. The girls lacrosse team has sent players on to compete at many of the top programs in New England, such as Loomis Chaffee, St Marks, Northfield Mount Hermon, and Deerfield Academy.
