A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is due per camper in order to secure your camper’s spot in day camp. If you need to change your dates for camp, rather than cancel, we will gladly try to accommodate your child if there is space available.
If you decide to cancel either before your desired session or during the session, please call Doc Potter, Director of Summer Programs, at 413-774-4209 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org with this information as soon as possible. If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start date, you will receive all money paid except for the $100.00 deposit. If the cancellation occurs 15-30 days before the session start date, a 50% refund will be issued minus the $100.00 deposit. We also understand that things may come up during sessions that would prevent your child from attending camp. If it is necessary to cancel two weeks prior to the start of your camper’s session or mid-session, no refund will be returned for any tuition already paid. Any tuition owed will be required if there is a cancellation during camp.
