Students in grades 7-9 are eligible to participate in Bement's cultural exchange program with L'Ermitage School in Maisons-Laffitte, a town 20 minutes outside of Paris. In alternating years Bement students travel to France and their counterparts spend three weeks at Bement, hosted by day students' families. Participants gain an appreciation for the educational programs in another country and enjoy sightseeing and sampling the foods of the country. The cultural exchange is a living study of history, people, culture, architecture, travel and self.
